RETURNS
Greenheart strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days at info@greenheartshop.org. We will make it right, or we will accept the product back for refund.

PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships out. If it is necessary to send a partial order, your card will be charged for only the items that shipped, plus any shipping charges applicable to those items.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 2 business days, and will be received by the customer based on the timeframe they've chosen for shipping. We currently cannot ship internationally at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
