This sustainable soy candle was made by Bright Endeavors, a nonprofit social enterprise in Chicago. Bright Endeavors is committed to helping inner city, homeless and at-risk young women, between the ages of 16-25, gain the necessary skills to become self-sufficient, successful adults. Utilizing innovative business enterprise principles, Bright Endeavors assists young women to make positive life changes that lead to a strong sense of self. The women have leadership development training, career exploration, work place goals and outcomes, performance reviews, and permanent job placement.
