Shipping : U.S.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days, and will be received by the customer based on the time frame they've chosen for shipping. Please note that expedited ship orders placed after 4:00pm CST will be shipped the next day. Ex: a 2nd Day Air shipment placed at 6pm on Tuesday will ship Wednesday, and will arrive to recipient on Friday. Additionally,  UPS does not count Saturday in Next Day Air delivery.

Shipping: Canada

All orders are charged a flat rate of $35.00 for shipping and handeling fee's, and will be sent out USPS Priority mail. *Please note that greenheart is not liable for extra customs tax upon delivery.*

Returns

Greenheart strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please return within 30 days of purchase to:

Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are non-refundable but may be granted store credit. Purchases made with a gift certificate or gift card may be returned for store credit only.  Contact us with questions at [returns]@[greenheartshop .org]. (remove brackets [ ] - we have them there to prevent spam!)

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships out. If it is necessary to send a partial order, your card will be charged for only the items that shipped, plus any shipping charges applicable to those items.
