In the beginning, it was not easy because you hammer in using a chisel in your hand you are between the anvil and the hammer. As I know it was necessary to learn, 'cause I saw in advance that I could earn my life through it; so I spent a great number of time learning it."

Fantastic as a set

I bought all three of these as a set and gifted at a wedding. The couple was delighted to have a piece of art work (well... three pieces!) from Haiti. The whole set cost under $75. It was a great wedding gift and I felt good giving it.

The suns themselves are beautifully made. You can watch the video of the artisans on the site here... it's pretty incredible they do it all by hand!
