This fair trade mug was made in Vietnam through Craft Link, a non-profit organization. Craft Link strives to assist small Vietnamese craft producers find market opportunities and to promote awareness of the crafts and culture of Vietnam's ethnic minority groups. Craft Link helps preserve the traditional tribal skills of weaving and embroidery, and provides marketing, design, and management advice to street children in Hanoi. Craft Link invests in the artisans' social welfare and guarantees fair wages, worker safety and care of the environment.
