Cookie mix - chocolate chip oatmeal

A yummy cookie mix! Just add butter and an egg and bake. Kosher/dairy certified. Yields about 20 cookies.

This cookie mix is made through the Women's Bean Project in Denver, CO, which is a non-profit organization that teaches job readiness and life skills for entry-level jobs through employment in its gourmet food production business. Program participants come from backgrounds of chronic unemployment and poverty, and the program helps them develop the work and interpersonal skills needed to function independently in the workplace and community. Women come with the goal of transforming their lives and moving towrad self sufficiency. 

Ingredients: Oatmeal, all purpose flour, sugar, brown sugar, chocolate chips, baking powder (calcium acid posphate, baking soda, corn starch), baking soda, salt, vanilla.
