This luggage tag was made by the Tejidos Maya artisans group in Comalapa, Guatemala. Thanks to a Chicago-based fair trade organization, Guatemalan artisans who employ traditional weaving techniques are able to achieve greater market access and improve the well being of their communities by expanding their consumer base into North America.
