This salsa mix was made by Women's Bean Project, a non-profit organization that teaches job readiness and life skills for entry-level jobs through employment in its gourmet food production business. Women come with the goal of transforming their lives and moving toward self sufficiency.

• Made in Denver, Colorado
• HOT original blend salsa mix
• Ingredients: red chili, onions, sea salt, and other natural spices. No sugar or preservatives.
• Add diced or chopped tomatoes with the mix to make a flavorful dip. Or blend canned or fresh tomatoes for a smoother salsa. Cook the spices with chicken or beef for delicious fajitas. It can also be mixed with sour cream.

"I come from a broken home and learned to survive at a young age. My goals are to be self-supporting, motivated and independent. The Bean Project has helped me - Women’s Bean Project is the greatest gift of hope," says Celena, who works at the Women's Bean Project that produces this salsa mix.

Program participants come from backgrounds of chronic unemployment and poverty, and the program helps them develop the work and interpersonal skills needed to function independently in the workplace and community.
