Where it comes from:

These scissors are made by artisan Mukesh, In India. All products are produced by craftswomen in their own villages. Made with sand-cast brass handles tempered steel blades.

Why It's fair trade:

These scissors are fair trade federation certified and all craftswomen are paid a living wage. The women work in small groups in their communities and are all provided with outreach training.

Care Instructions:

• These can be sharpened.
• Do not force a cut if you feel resistance
• Add a small drop of household oil at the assembly point to maintain smooth cutting action
