Melange's fair trade stockings are made by artisans in Armenia. Melange has been working with the women in Armenia for 10 years now. Some women work at the centers provided for them and some come and pick up the materials to take home and work so they can be with their children during the day. The artisans set the price for their crafts and it is sustainable work since it's repeat business Melange sends to them. Their work conditions are immaculate, bright, cheerful and clean.
